VIP Pricing

We offer discounts for all orders $300 and up. Simply enter the appropriate promo code at checkout and your discount will be reflected in the total. Discounts apply to each individual order.

$300 - $499 5% V-300
$500 - $999 7% V-500
$1,000 - $1,999 10% V-1000
$2,000 - $2,999 12% V-2000
$3,000 and up 14% V-3000

If a volume discount coupon is used, please note that we will adjust the coupon code accordingly for the entire order if there are returns that bring the order total below the original qualifying discount amount. The discount amount adjustment will be deducted from any refund that is given. This also applies to back-order cancellations within 10 days of the order date where a volume discount coupon is used. May not be used with in conjunction with any other promotion.

BackOrder/Out of stock items

Please note that due to our large selection of products and fast overturn rate, it is sometimes not possible for us to fulfill 100% of the order. The missing items are either out of stock or in backorder/discontinued status. We will ship out whatever we have in stock and will ONLY charge on the products that we have shipped out. You will NOT be charged for the items that are out of stock or backorder/discontinued and the shipping cost will be adjusted accordingly.

Order Processing

Once your order is approved, we will ship out your order within 48 hours. Your shipping methods "Ground, 2nd Day, Next Day Air, International Priority, Canada/Puerto Rico"

In Stock Status

We have synchronized our website with our inventory system therefore if an item is out of stock a 0 will appear in the amount notifying you of the status. You will not be able to add quantity of an item more than what we have on hand in order to ensure you will get what you have ordered.

Liability - alltheragewholesale.com will not be responsible or liable for any labor, or incidental or consequential damage of any kind as the result of the product usage. Buyer shall assume the responsibility for operating the product in a safe manner and acknowledge any product risk. In no event shall our liability exceed the cost of the goods.

International (Non-USA) Customers

International (Non-USA) Customers please note: Buying from the USA to your country is considered as importing therefore your Government will impose import duties and taxes on your order. We do not charge this duties and taxes on your order therefore it is your responsibility to pay for these fees when the order arrives in your custom and excise department. Please contact your local custom office for more details regarding importing.

Return and Exchange Policies

  1. No returns, exchanges or claims will be accepted more than 10 days after receiving goods.
  2. Returns or exchanges will not be honored if merchandise is altered in any manner.
  3. Returns or exchanges for other than damaged goods will be subject to a $15 or 15% processing fee (whichever is greater).
  4. On return of damaged goods we will pay for shipping you replacement goods.
  5. We do not pay or are responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning goods.
  6. We will not accept returns aside from wrong or defective products. We will not accept returns if you do not like the looks or quality of the products.
  7. No returns on sale, reduced price, discounted, or special order merchandise unless damaged

Refund policy

  1. We offer no cash refunds.
  2. We offer Credit towards repurchase only.
